To ensure the best sample quality, it’s important to be well-hydrated and have warm hands before beginning the collection. The process involves cleaning your finger with the provided alcohol wipe, using the lancet to prick the side of your ring finger, and collecting several drops of blood in the supplied tube. The sample should be posted on the same day using the provided Freepost envelope, ideally Monday to Thursday to ensure optimal processing time.
