Fit in 30 is a weekly High Intensity Interval Training session led by expert Fitness Coach John Hesketh.
This 30 minutes fitness class is aimed at people looking to get a quick but effective workout in during their lunchbreak! The class follows a similar training concept to HIIT training, with primarily body weight and light resistance exercises.
