Ultrasound-Guided Injections

We offer a wide range of joint and soft tissue injections for the limbs including steroid (cortisone), hyaluronic acid (lubricating injection), hydrodistension (Frozen Shoulder), high volume tendon stripping (chronic tendinitis), and barbotage (calcific tendinitis). All injections are performed under ultrasound guidance. Research has consistently shown that this results in greater accuracy and safety. With greater accuracy, effectiveness is improved and allows for more advanced treatments to be undertaken.

Our injection therapy service is run by Stewart Kerr who specialises in ultrasound imaging and guided injections. Please note that injections can only be offered for limbs, and cannot be undertaken for spinal conditions.
